I am disappointed. She said there is the only 1film, in the set of 5 that she can replace in a mod format. Bette Davis is also in MOD. I wrote back and nicely asked her if there is anything else I can do the get these films replaced. she said no I am sorry. So WB produced a large number of this sets and others that were made defective by them. Ok, so they don't carry the all but one from the set. They need customer satisfaction I will say to her well. since you can't do anything for me in replacing ing the DVD fr same title, under the circumstances would you be willing to offer me something else?? If I was her I WOULD ABSOLUTELY DO IT.,
