Remember in Forbidden Planet when Robby's brain went on overload and started spinning around and smoking?

That's the way I feel now about all of these forthcoming Superman releases.

Can someone please give me a concise recap of what is coming out with the basic details?

-All the movies separately, including a new version of Superman 2, and the new movie.
-The 4 original Christopher Reeve movies in one box.
-All that plus the new movie and the new version of 2 in a mega-box, that also has extra documentaries

the boxset 13/14 is the only way that you will get the new interview with cast and crew. They talk about all 4 movies.

The Ultimate Collector's Edition seems like a total steal. Six movies, one of them a new release, most (if not all) probably from new masters and a whole barrage of extra discs and content for just $100 SRP (which probably means some $70 online.) I just wish I was a Superman fan.

Same here.
I did enjoy "Superman Returns" to a certain degree, so I will be getting the 2-disc SE of that film.

I don't understand this. Why aren't they releasing Superman The Musical? With all of this other Superman mania material coming out, it should be included in the hoopla.

SUPERGIRL AND the serials: Are they the only ones being released that are not on the Mega-Superman 14-disc set?
