GTA VC cheats (1 Viewer)

I was just wondering if anyone knew some cheats for Grand Theft Auto Vice City PC edition. Right now I'm stuck on a mission that I have to plant bombs with this RC helicopter and I just can't control the thing. Also, I'm not having any fun anymore. I've done a lot of the other mission, I own the mansion and then some. I would love either a money cheat to buy places and open up more missions or perhaps even better a cheat that automatically finishs the mission. I love to drive around and steal cars and such but I hate stupid missions like the one I mentioned.
