Hi,
I'm helping my brother shop for a new 7.1 receiver. He has $600 to spend (fairly hard cap, maybe add a bit for tax, but not much). What are the best options? He's going to be more comfortable buying something new than used, although buying a "last year's model" would probably be ok. Things like auto-calibration would be great, but I'm not sure if that can be had for so cheap (it couldn't when I bought my receiver a few years ago, but I haven't kept up with things too closely).
