If it's been rated, then it's either done or very close to done.

I was thinking that WB might push this to next year if they have to push Tenet and/or Wonder Woman back further on the schedule. But if they're almost done with it, then WB will probably want to release it this year still.

It's also worth noting that its current November 20 release date is only five days ahead of No Time to Die, assuming that theaters are open by then and those dates hold.

Here's some good news for you Godzilla fans! After some tense behind-the-scenes drama, Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment have struck a deal that will keep Godzilla vs Kong as a day-and-date theatrical and HBO Max release on May 21.

Not too surprising that they are continuing with day and date for this movie. The movie Legendary really wanted to change was Dune because there is a realistic chance that theaters could be running at full steam by it's release date.
