I have one BRAND NEW 128Mb stick of DDR 2100 RAM I pulled from a Dell Dimension 4400 Pentium 4 PC.
$30 includes 1st class shipping to the U.S. (The lowest price on PriceWatch is $41 shipped from questionable resellers.) Get it before RAM prices jump up again.
E-mail me at [email protected] if you're interested.

    A few questions:

    This is RAMBUS memory correct?

    ECC or NON Ecc?

    600 or 800?

    PLMK,

    Thanks

PS-if RAMBUS, needs to be installed in PAIRS correct?

    (have 2?)

Todd, this is not RAMBUS memory (aka RDRAM, RIMM); its DDR memory (DDR RAM, DIMM).
