Hello all!

I already posted this in dvdactive but noone seemed to care.. maybe here there will be more interest in this news!

A new CINEMA RESERVE release is under works for FIGHT CLUB.
Cinema Reserve releases come in a tin box with classic movies remastered! I think it's like Criterion..

Anyway, I bought THE FLY recently and prior to the movie there was a trailer with all Cinema Reserve's current and future releases! And Fight Club was in there! I still don't have the movie in DVD and I planned on buying it.. now I will wait for this special version!

Cinema Reserve is just Fox's "prestige" series...

I suppose a "Fight Club" would be nice for folks who don't have the comprehensive 2-discer from 2000.

Is there a DTS track on the 2-disc-er from 2000 ?

"The Fly" had a DTS track in this new release.. which was amazing!

The UK R2 'Cinema Reserve' titles, usually (but not always) reflect the R1 'Cinema Classics' from Fox; some have increased content over the R1s, some less. Titles released so far:

They all come in 'steelbook' packaging and are all, IIRC, 2-disc sets.

.....Oh, this is an R2 thing, you had me confused for a second.....but why is this not in the Regional DVD section?
