There appears to be a discrepancy in the article, which states "The actor was born in Surrey in 1931".

If that statement is true she wasn't 90 when she died.

Yeah, Wikipedia states she was born on Mar 17, 1928.

My favorite story about Eunice Gayson concerns the period when she played one of the nuns in the London production of The Sound Of Music. Apparently one day, during the interval, she and two of the other "nuns" went across the road to a pub and ordered drinks. The other patrons didn't realise they were actresses in costume and were stunned to see nuns drinking and chatting so light heartedly!
