Some DVD-Audio discs contain a "bonus group" that was not ment to be available to the public. I have been told that the bonus group is always the last group contained on the disc and you need a 4-digit code to access them. Does anyone know where to find these codes? I am particularly looking for the bonus group code for Metallica: Metallica. Thanks
