DIY sonosubs and "onboard" amps (1 Viewer)

I am interested in getting design options/opinions on having a rear-mounted amp for my sonosub (18" dia). I know there must be air leaking concerns/issues as well as any other issues. For any of you that have done it, can you give me some tips.

Well follow the link in my sig to see how I mounted my amp to my 18" sonotube. I wasn't brave enough to try and do a psuedo flush mount as I didn't think I could get a strong and air tight mount. So what you see is my solution to the problem.
