So I know this could be the problem as my red lines shoot up everywhere off the green and blue. I tried adjusting them but it won't move at all at the service menu. The sad thing is my warranty on it expired like 6 months ago (its a 4 y/o Tosh).I already have a tech to check it out but I'm wondering how much I'll be charged for it. Any ideas?

Around the $300 mark. The 2 chips are something like $10 each ...the rest is labour.

Wow..$20 for chips and $200 + for labor....not that bad...though I wish I could do it myself and save.

Well, it only costs me $160. Good deal! Now I think I got a new set with tighter convergence! Yipee!!!
