Anyone know shipping procedure from Canada? (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this belongs in the Coupons and Bargains section, but since so many people ordered stuff from Amazon.ca lately I figured it was worth a shot.

I ordered Band of Brothers from Amazon.ca with upgraded shipping, which the Amazon.ca site shows as "Canada Post Xpresspost USA". Does anybody know what happens when they ship this? Is there a handoff to the US Postal Service at any point? And when I checked the tracking it said that they had attempted delivery but nobody was home. Can I go pick up the package somewhere? Thanks for any info

yes, you can pick it up at the post office. The USPS handles it once it hits the states
