So it last weekend at a film festival and I enjoyed very much (not surpising being a big Fellini's 8 1/2 fan).
My question is:
Does it include normal english subtitles or just captions (big difference for me cause i don't have access to captions)?

I hadn't heard about this - fill me in! I haven't liked everything that Peter Greenaway has done, but his films are at least interesting...
------------------
He thought on homeland, the big timber, the air thin and chill all the year long. Tulip poplars so big through the trunk they put you in mind of locomotives set on end. He thought of getting home and building him a cabin on Cold Mountain so high that not a soul but the nighthawks passing across the clouds in autumn could hear his sad cry. Of living a life so quiet he would not need ears. And if Ada would go with him, there might be the hope, so far off in the distance he did not even really see it, that in time his despair might be honed off to a point so fine and thin that it would be nearly the same as vanishing.

I don't usually like what Greenaway does, but I've noticed that there are two kinds of Greenaway's films: The pretencious ones (I hate them) and the "comedy ones" (For example "Drowning by numbers") which I quite like. 8 1/2 women belongs to the later. If you've seen Fellini's 8 1/2 (It's my favourite film of all times): Imagine to construct a Postmodern-Greenaway film from the Fellini's "Haren" secuence. It's quite funny and entertaining... But very pretencious too! Enjoyable If you don't take it too seriously..

I do believe it was subtitled proper, but I don't own the title, only watched it once. I thought it had subtitles, but I am probably wrong. I.E. get someone elses opinion. I.E. I don't know why I wrote this.
