I have a new AVR, upon set up everything connected with no issues cable/shield/ blu-ray player all good. But when I hook up my PS4 the AVR I get nothing. I tested the HDMI connector so that is not the issue. I thought I read somewhere this may be related to an external device that is needed?

I changed the HDMI connections to all route through the receiver and yes the Denons interface now opens up in the Blu-ray and cable source but it will not open up in the Bluetooth or the HEOS while listening to UHD music.. This means I have to close out the music app while listening to make any...
