i have a denon 2910 connected to a panasonic 7-series plasma via hdmi, and feed the audio via optical cable into my av receiver, so in other words, yes, using the hdmi connection does not stop the other audio outputs fom working.
Hello. I was wondering if someone can shed some light on this problem. I recently bought the new Panasonic 7-series 50" HD plasma display, and in general I am very happy with it. However, I also bought a DVI input card in order to connect it, via dvi cable, to my new Denon 2910 dvd player...
Thank you Jerome, since I recently upgraded my AV receiver too, i guess I'll worry about that later and stick a DVI card in the monitor for now...but thanks for clearing that up.
