Joe: Looking at the Pioner website, the MSRP for the 1000 is $17,500 and for the 1110 it's $15,500. I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that dealers would maintain the same relative price structure. Am I wrong about that? Thanks, George

Friends: I want to drive only 5 channels of surround (center, two front, two rear) but I see that most good A/V receivers have outputs for 7 speakers (i.e., they add left and right surround). If I just hook up the 5 channels I am interested in, will I be OK? Any other thoughts would be...
