I have had the RP 91 for several years and think its a terrific player. I have been reading some great reviews on the Denon 2900. Has anyone compared the two? I'm mostly interested in the video performance. Thanks

Chris Thanks for the reply. It seems that the blue color is where the picture runs out. It seems to do this on most DVDs and the same blue streaks appear when I go back to the disk. I'm not sure how one sets the over scan on a Mitsubishi set. Mark

Over the last few weeks I have noticed blue streaks appearing on the left side of the screen. They are very thin lines that show when there is a white background on the edge of a particular movie. Has anyone ever seen this or have any ideas on how to fix this problem. Thanks for any input.

Well, I tried the unplugging idea-but no luck. The DVD player acts like it is trying to read a non region 1 disc as it promts that the disc is unreadable. Any other ideas? Thanks
