The Denon menus have Standard and Enhanced settings for HDMI connections and need to be set to Enhanced to get the full bandwidth enabled. Denon defaults all the HDMI to Standard out of the box.

I haven't been told by a single person that they redeemed a code. I've given away codes many times in the past and to this day I haven't received a single thank you or acknowledgement that the code was used. I just assumed no one wanted them.
