This is such a shame. One of my most memorable cinema experiences was seeing Spartacus and Lawrence of Arabia, both in 70MM, at the Senator Theatre in Baltimore, MD, both in the same weekend. Afterward there was a Q & A session with Robert, it was such a wonderful experience.

So sony has it's line of televisions that have 120Hz and "True 24p" but I cannot seem to find another company that has both. Samsung has 120Hz televisions without a True 24p mode. What exactly is the deal? Is it ideal to have both? I want my 1080p Blu-Rays looking their best. Peace...

Got mine today from Wal-Mart. There were about 10 people there when the store opened. None of them seemed to care about the A2, just this laptop. But I got one and picked up Clerks II, The Big Lebowski and The new edition of Full Metal Jacket for 14 a piece. Pretty content.

It appears to be virtually the same. Should I buy one of these under $200 dollar A2s or wait until the A3 drops in price? Damn format war!

Can anyone tell me what the difference is going to be between the A2 and the A3 when it comes out? I can't seem to find this information at Toshiba's HD-DVD site

I have a 30 inch direct view phillips high def tv. It is just a regular old tube tv. What is the best way to clean the screen? Should I just use glass cleaner and a paper towel or what?
