Carl, there's no way to do what you are asking with the 2802. It doesn't have assignable amps. I believe the 3802 has amps for 2 rear speakers.

Ditto to what Marc said. I have the 2.2s, love em. I demoed the 2.1s at the same time as the 2.2s. The 2.1s sound great as well, but if you can swing for the extra cost of the 2.2s, its worth it.
