Does anyone have a recommendation or know of a receiver that has analog 7.1 inputs as well as HDMI 2.0 inputs?

Marantz has some nice receivers with these options, starting with their SR5009 model. The only thing most receivers won't have at this point is HDCP version 2.2. That won't be important to most people unless they plan to go to a full 4K setup later. Many 4K TV's still don't comply with this copyright standard. See this link if you want more details.

Onkyo killed MCH input.

The only other MCH I've seen is Yamaha Aventage.

Nobody has released that level of AVR for 2015 yet.

Yamaha released a blurb last year for the then current models(AXX40) that they were NOT HDCP 2.2 compliant.

So...wait. If all else fails Anthem should keep MCH, but who knows when they'll release HDCP 2.2.
