Anyways, I recently bought a phillips tv, last one was phillips aswell and tv sound worked on the home theatre when it was connected to the old tv via scart.
Now the new tv, it has a scart connection and when i put my home theatre in via scart , only thing that reacts with tv from hometheatre source is usb and dvd mode, when I switch to tv sound , tv just goes on tv mode but sound still comes out only from tv speakers, so the only possible way for the home theatre to work is when i use a USB or a DVD to watch movies from tv, but can't watch or listen to music from regular tv mode.
My tv is : Phillips 50PFL4208H/12
Home theatre : JVC DVD player model: XV-THP7 5.1
I've tried everything in tv's menu's, and this is my last straw.
Sadly I can't combine TV mode with Hometheatre system from tv source menu on the tv, but I think that would solve the problem if it were possible, so I'm hoping someone would have some better advice for me.
