A few comments/questions for TT:

Thanks for putting the Thunderbirds films together, rather than splitting them into two $30 purchases like with the Flint films.

Thanks for adding the Nancy Kwan doc to Fate is the Hunter for people who already bought the DVD.

What is the run time of The Train? Apparently the "UK cut" runs 6-7mins longer.

Is there really any market in the U.S. for these "soccer" films like The Firm? I'll be honest, they sort of seem like a waste of a release "slot".

Thanks for the Huston. Would love to see Moby Dick next.

The Firm makes more sense paired with Alan Clarke's 1989 original. UK audiences seem to have yawned at the remake.

I might get Rollerball if they use the 6 track stereo audio used on 70mm prints.

Wow, some great ones.  I will be buying the following:

Thunderbirds Are Go/Thunderbirds 6 (blind buy)

Rollerball (blind buy)

Fate is the Hunter (blu-ray upgrade)

Two Rode Together (Widmark in HD!!!)

The Mechanic

The Train (Finally, an anamorphic transfer)

Heaven Knows Mr. Allison (Mitchum in HD!!!!)

The Man From Laramie (Very thankful here, the Sony DVD transfer was below par)

Regarding Fate is the Hunter, any word on a trade-in program?  I know it is highly unlikely but that was their 3rd release ever which I pre-ordered on the spot.  My guess is no, but it would be nice, eh?

If you don' already own it Robert, would definitely be worth the upgrade for TT co-partner Brian Jamieson's feature-length documentary on the life and career of Nancy Kwan: To Whom it May Concern: Ka Shen's Journey. A lot in that one...I've seen it twice.

The Train, excellent. I hope they carry over the Frankenheimer commentary. He does great commentary. I'll also be in for Heaven Knows Mr. Allison, one of my favorite Robert Mitchum films.

Great list of titles . I've held out on the German edition of the Mechanic that cover art is ultra generic to say the least. Thunderbirds films should be fun.

To Whom it may Concern Sounds very interesting and that will be on my list for sure.

I wonder if TT would consider releasing Henry Hathaways 20th Century Fox classic Seven Thieves? Fun b/w CinemaScope film.

Stop the Replacing of original Studio Opening / Closing logos! They are part of film history.

Whatever happened to The 5 Fingers of Dr T and The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds? I remember them being teased years ago.

Nice selection!  Will definitely be pre-ordering The Train and Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison.  And I'll probably add a couple of others as well down the line.

The Thunderbirds double bill is definitely one for me .

TT titles are usually region free but we've seen MGM titles licenced to companies like Shout that are region locked , presumably at the request of MGM.

What is the position regarding coding with the TT titles from MGM?

A nice list, but no must-haves for me. Oh well, saved a bit of money, maybe something later in the year.

Any news on PRINCE OF PLAYERS? Or is a good transfer of that lost to history?
