I saw Richard Linklater's Bernie last night, and was totally taken aback at Jack Black's incredible performance. He really disappears into that role, like nothing else he's ever done. The movie itself was really great overall. It's based on true events, but I knew nothing about them and so was taken quite by surprise by some of the movie's turns of events. I enjoyed it a lot. Has anyone else seen Bernie?

I haven't, but thanks for your thoughts on it. I am a huge Linklater fan going back to 'Slacker', and make it a point to watch every one of his films.
