Bluray from NETFLIX (1 Viewer)

Does anybody have problem disc not showing up as bluray when you put them in your queue. I went to bluray section and added Prison breaks and it shows up as DVD but the page said it's available in both format DVD and Bluray. This happen to several movies I notice.

In your account section you choose what formats you have and what you prefer as your first choice. It might simply be that you have standard dvd as your first choice.

I enable the bluray feature and I have rented bluray disc from them before.
When you put some of the bluray movie in your queue and and it only give you one option. Normally it will give you two if you want it in bluray or DVD.
Like Prison breaks season 1 it said that it's available in blurray and DVD but when you put them in your queue it only show DVD.

If Netflix hasn't received the BD version yet it won't show up as an option. That's the case with the Starz titles, and it looks to be the case currently for Prison Break.

You're right. I went into my account and have bluray set as my first choice.
Now it shows up as bluray. Which is strange because other movie I can select it right from the queue which format I prefer.
