That appears to be speculation of the article writer and not an offical announcement.
For every shadow, no matter how deep, is threatened by morning light.

Well with this article as well as recent articles questioning whether hd dvd was ready for prime time, I would say its a safe bet that there will be no Warner titles on launch day, and possibly no titles until sometime in April.

Really not all that suprising with a rushed to the max new format imo.

Does this information actually come as a surprise to anyone? They've missed the deadline before and it's certainly nor unlikely that they can miss it again. What a mess!
