Calling all DIY subwoofer builders!!!Posted Image

If you want to show off your sub, send me an email or response on this forum. In particular I'm wanting to put up on the web some Stryke AV12 and AV15 subs as there seems to be a strange absence of these online. Also wanting to showcase designs that are in some way unique.

cheers,
Paul

Paul, what is your website address? I think this thread is a good idea. I like to see other DIY projects, especially pictures of the work in progress.

I can't put a link to it yet because I haven't done my 15 posts yet!!! Posted Image

My website on my profile isn't linked to that part of my site - which doesn't have any more than the design of my sub I'm working on ...

but if you email me, I can send you the link.

or you could visit diysubwoofers.org which has a link

the part I was trying to link has the basic format for people to send in the info on their subs ...

cheers,
Paul

Here are a few pictures of my AV15 sonosub. 250L tuned to just under 20Hz.

Perhaps someday I'll stick an index.html in there with more information on the LspCAD simulation process or the construction process. Feel free to link to it.

Here is my Tempest sub I built. It is a 214L vented Adire Alignment with a 250 watt plate amp. I'm in the process of building a PR'd AV15 now.

Darren,

Not bad for a novice! Maybe your woodworking skills will increase as you gain more experience.:b

You know I'm just jerkin' yer chain! That's one of my favorite subs!

My cat likes to lay on the floor in front of my subs. I think she thinks it's purring back at her! Posted Image
