Anyone every try these Warfdale Bipoles? (1 Viewer)

They are from Best Buy for $95. Just wondering if they would be any good to use as surrounds.

I like dipoles for surrounds. But this works out at less than $50 each. And each dipole has four drivers. It is pretty clear that the component costs are not very much. But then as surrounds they might be serviceable.

I’d try to audition these. But it will be very hard in a typical Best Buy, as speakers of this type need to be set up correctly in order to perform as they are intended (mounted or placed along a side wall, slightly behind your listening position). Otherwise you will have no idea.

Best idea is to take them home and bring them back if they don’t meet your expectations.
