It had a fantastic finish. Bought S2 and starting it in a minute. Looking forward to watching S3 live.
I am very impressed by the writing. Every decision feels real to the character. I never felt that the story was forced, with false choices, to hit necessary plot points. These are a bunch of otherwise normal people in extraordinary circumstances making a variety of good and bad, and sometimes terrible choices, with mixed outcomes.
The exemplar was the penultimate action by Alison, watching her presumed Monitor die, choked by the garbage disposal. It was a horrible decision. And I believed Alison would do that, in her fraught, frantic, raging condition.
S2 is in the player, and I'm pressing play.
