Well, I don't have the definite answer...CBS/Paramount Television might (they supplied the uncut version to TCM). On the other hand, I'm sure there are fans like me out there that should be grateful we're getting the original theatrical release, a version that's never been on home video...at least here in the U.S.
Speaking of which, I did a time check on the TCM broadcast, and the running time of the full-length version, if you count the Overture and Exit Music, comes to exactly 143 minutes. Go figure!
