There was an unverified leak of a deluxe 4k set. No mention of it here. I'll post the photo but it is unconfirmed

Interesting that this appears not to be a Warner Archive Collection release.
Have there been any 4K Warner Archive releases yet? Giant is probably the next Warner classic to be released in 4K. Perhaps that will be an archive release.

Nope, there hasn't been any and I suspect that if Giant is released on 4K disc, it won't be a WAC release either. My speculation is based on reading between the lines from comments that George Feltenstein has stated on certain podcasts. I don't think any titles has officially been worked on for a 4K release from WAC.

I think King Richard may have been an unofficial WAC 4K release, as well as Zack Snyder's Justice League.

Also, I expect a new 4K digital stream which means the previous iTunes HD digital will not get the free 4K upgrade.
I'm a little more optimistic about that. I got a free upgrade on Citizen Kane, though that is not entirely comparable since that disc was licensed to Criterion and didn't include a digital copy. However, I believe most of the new 4K Warner releases that introduced separate digital listings, eventually had the old listing upgrade to 4K with the possible exception of The Outsiders. I should also point out that iTunes has already replaced the artwork to match what is on the press release.

In due time, we'll find out one way or another.
