Um, do you really need a review?
1) The Movie was awesome!
2) The Video WILL be as good as or better than Toy Story etc. due to the direct digital transfer
3) The Audio WILL be just as fantastic
4) It's Dreamworks, so the extras will be abundant!
Hope that helps
:)
Chris.

Dreamworks is sending our screener the
week of the 29th. All the other sites should
get their screeners at the same time.
I will have a review posted here.

Dreamworks has specifically asked online sites to publish reviews the week the DVD streets.
Issue 54 (November 2001) of Widescreen Review, which should be reaching subscribers now, has "Shrek" on the cover, along with a full review (LOTS of supplements).

Digital Bits has put up a sneak peak at the disc in their daily column. Closest thing to a review yet...
Not wanting to steal Ronbo's thunder and do my own full review on the forum, I will reserve myself to posting brief thoughts on the DVD(s) late Friday or sometime Saturday as I will have Shrek in my posession by the week's end.

WOW!!
This re-voice studio feature as described in the bits really sounds great, fantastic.
