For me, the single best performance of Charlton Heston's career is his lead role in the film -

Will Penny

Next:

Erik X 2
Me
Justin

- Walter.

Shit! :frowning: How did I miss my turn? This is the fastest Draft I've ever been in.

Oh well

Since there's one Leone film remaining that'll be my next choice (Though I'd much rather have had GBU or OUATITW)

Duck, You Sucker a.k.a. Fistful of Dynamite

"This draft ain't big enough for the both of us. I'm taking A Fistful of Dollars away from you, and giving you til Noon to get out of town, or else meet me in the street, where I'm going to fill you full of lead."

I doubt anyone would choose this one, but I must have it on my list:

Sam Raimi's The Quick and the Dead

I just love it. :emoji_thumbsup:

Well no Western lineup would be complete without a Ford film (even if it's his 4th best IMO) so I'll go with: She Wore A Yellow Ribbon

It's been more than 12 hours since my last pick, but since he has 2, does he get 24?

It's Erik's call, but in my drafts, once your time has expired (and you haven't pm'd me your selections), you are bypassed until such time as you make your selections. We all know the rules, know the time limits, and know that we have an easy option (pm'ing) for not getting skipped. If after that, we miss the deadline, it seems kind of silly to wait another 12 hours for us.

I guess it doesn't make sense to wait through 2 12 hour periods, so I'll go ahead. Some folks might not consider my next pick a "western", but I certainly do.

I'll take The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.

Exactly, same rules go for this Draft. In Rand's case he has to make 2 selections every turn, since he's on the end. The way I look at it, back to back selections are one turn, so the 12 hr rule applys.

Rand owes two selections, which he can make at any time

Jim is up

I'll go with - Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid

For Peckinpah Westerns it definitely ranks behind Wild Bunch & Ride the High Country but it's the best of his remaining films - IMO.
