www.bodybuilding.com for information regarding the building of muscle.

www.johnstonefitness.com for inspiration and DETAILED real life results.

www.acsm.org for study based, non biased fitness information

www.nutrition.org for proper nutrition

www.lowcarb.ca for a different take on nutrition. (low carb does not equal atkins diet!)

***by the way i have lost around 100lbs since 1/1/2003 and i am currently built like a defensive end with the speed, size and strength to match.

I've recently discovered this site and it has some excellent info on bodybuilding and weight control:

http://www.burn-the-fat.com/home.html

The thing I really like about this guy's system is that he covers the mental preperations to meeting your goals as well as the physical needs. Also, he tends to abdicate taking it slow for weight loss and developing a program that works to meet your goals for your body. Not a 'no carbs for teh win!' type system, but a very basic and straight discussion about the science behind metabolism, muscle/fat gain/loss, and the tools needed to really succeed on a training program.

It's a lot like Body for Life, but has a broader approach IMO.
