There are a lot of films depicting John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, etc, but which would you consider the best of the lot? (I know not everything is available on DVD yet.)

Not a biopic, but I thought Thirteen Days was an excellent film that covered a lot of the private anguish that sometimes translated into public action.
I'm also a fan of the Kennedy miniseries that starred Martin Sheen.
