Very. Manos is the anti-Citizen Kane. Film theory classes could show Kane to show HOW to make a film and Manos to show HOW NOT to make a film.

I own the original versions of MANOS, THE HANDS OF FATE and GIRL IN GOLD BOOTS on DVD. I have never seen the MST3K versions and probably never will.

That said, as long as the originals are out there I have no problem with the (edited) MST3K versions being out there.

Most of these films are funny enough without robots telling you when to laugh, though. The MST3K versions are often so cut down that much fodder for jokes is ignored!
