They will definitely make it, yes. But this is your only chance to get the box set at a very good discount. It'll likely retail for around £70-80 (possibly more), and shipping to the U.S. might be a bit more than the £3 Arrow are asking. Though of course I wouldn't begrudge anyone not pledging if they have zero interest in the product! But if you think you might, it'll only cost you more later.

Eddie has a point. Basically you're "pre-ordering" the box set and perhaps this LE set has some exclusive stuff (at least the packaging).

Some news:"But in addition to thanking you, we have some potentially very good news. We have just been informed that the Cinémathêque Française has recently discovered a fine-grain positive 35mm print of Goto. This hasn’t been examined yet, but if it’s in good physical condition and if it contains those all-important colour shots, then it might prove to be an ideal source on which to base our restoration. As you’ll know already, the original negative of Goto was accidentally destroyed decades ago, and so part of our task is to find the best-quality surviving prints - and French archives are the most likely sources, not just because of the film’s nationality but because their prints are less likely to have unwanted and unremovable subtitles. (The final Blu-ray and DVD versions will of course have English subtitles, but they’ll be electronically generated and optional.) "

As you can now see from the above, target achieved with room to spare. From one of the people involved in the project, Michael Brooke, on another forum:
With 29 fundraising days still to go, I'm delighted to confirm that Goto, Isle of Love will be getting a HD upgrade. Many, many thanks to everyone who contributed - you've guaranteed that all five features will be in glorious 1080p.But since the Kickstarter campaign is still running for almost another month, our next plan is to raise enough additional funds to restore the five Argos shorts that were already going to be included, but which currently exist only in SD video masters: Les Astronautes (1959), Une Collection Particulière (1973), L'Escargot de Venus (1975), L'Amour "Monstre" de Tous les Temps (1977) and Scherzo Infernal (1984).Clearly, these won't cost anything like as much as Goto - their combined running time is only around 45 minutes, and 35mm materials should hopefully be in decent condition, so upgrading at least some of them to HD looks like a very realistic prospect.

Very good news. I would love to see those shorts in "remastered" HD, so let's hope that it's happening. This Kickstarter is very well handled by Arrow, btw. With some of these Kickstarters, the companies are offering some pretty useless stuff (t-shirts, hoodies, etc) with the DVD/Blu-ray releases. IMO all the money should go to the A/V remastering and to the "extras" that are included on the disc.

Looks great. A bit shame that it's so limited (probably will be oop quite fast, since so many have already ordered this via Kickstarter), though.

Regarding The True Story of the Beast of Gévaudan, that was the inspiration for The Brotherhood of the Wolf.
