Well, from what I have read on this project it isn't going to go exactly as you fear it will. The "vs." part will be just that - a part of the movie. And I know this is unrelated to the movie that they apparently will make, but if you read the two Frank Miller Dark Knight series you'll see just how well Batman holds up against Supes.
