I saw that Sears has the Sony KDF-55E2000 on sale for $1499 this week. Is this a good tv as well as a good deal? Seems like a very good deal to me. They had the Sony KDS-50A2000 for $1899, but not sure if they have any left.

Actually they seem to have good deals on all their Sony tv's this week.

Do you think it's to good of a deal to pass on? I always figured the next time I upgraded I'd get a 1080p set as that is what I really want.

Do you think the A2000 models will drop in price and still me sold, or will they be phased out and replaced with the A2020 instead of offering both models?

that pricing should be good through april. however today through april 11 you should be able to recieve 10% off using your sears card.

If they have any left available for order (haven't checked lately) you could get the KDS50A2000 (1080p sxrd) for $1899 from Sears--less another 10% if you use the Sears card thru the 11th. They're also throwing in one of those $69 cheapie HTIBs with any HD set over 50"--not bad for a kid's room.
