So heres the scenario:
I was using a belkin s-video cable (12 feet) to connect my cable box to my projector and everything was working fine.
Then I changed projector location and I needed a larger cable, so I went out and bought a no-brand 25 foot s video cable. Now I've lost all colors; my projector only displays black and white. Going back to the old shorter cable, everything is fine.
My question is; does this have to do with the length of the cable, the brand, or just a bad cable. In other words, if i simply swap the larger cable with another of the same brand, would this work or do I need a more expensive belkin-like cable ?
Thanks!
