Rotel RCD-02 vs Rega Planet (1 Viewer)

Is there much difference between these two? I could get the Planet for $150 more. Is it worth it?

Or can the Rotel hold its own against the Rega?

I've never heard the Rotel but the Rega is very laid back which could be good or bad depending on your system. Another good player in that price range is the Arcam CD73T which I think is a good value.
