problem with Kurosawa's "Dreams (1 Viewer)

Greetings -

Just received my disc of "Akira Kurosawa's Dreams" and there appears to be a problem with the "Peach Orchard" sequence:

a lot of "jiggling" around of the image, enough to make me wonder at first:

"Was this shot handheld and I just never noticed it when I saw it in the theaters and on videotape?"

However, I think I would've remembered, as it is very disconcerting and is a major distraction from the film. And oddly enough, apparently it's this sequence only that suffers from this...

Anyone else notice this on their DVD copy?

I've noticed it, too, and chalked it up to bad mastering. I wouldn't mind getting more info on this.
