I have all of Nic Cramer's films released on DVD so far :) (Just kidding. I actually haven't seen any of his films so I can't tell you about them if you ask.)
I own all of Kubrick's films released on DVD (I'm not joking about this one).

I have all the Andrei Tarkovsky DVDs (including 2 different versions of Andrei Rublev), all the Carl Th. Dreyer DVDs, all the Luis Bunuel DVDs (including Epstein's "Fall of the House of Usher" on which Bunuel was assist. dir.), and all the Ingmar Bergman DVDs.
I'm very close to having all the Kubricks and will soon have all of David Lynch's. I'd say the same for Kurosawa, but some DVDs simply aren't of sufficient quality to purchase.
I've got more Hitchcock DVDs than of any other director, but there are (fortunately) so many, that I still have some to go before collecting them all!
(And if there were any Robert Bresson DVDs out there, I'd have 'em all!)

As far as DVD releases:
Complete-
Stanley Kubrick
Woody Allen (acting & directing)
Kevin Smith
Dario Argento
Mario Bava
Clint Eastwood (acting & I think directing also)
Winona "Sticky Fingers" Ryder (Will they ever release Lucas, The Crucible and Boys?)
Claire Forlani
Boris Karloff
Bela Lugosi
Lon Chaney sr
Lon Chaney jr
Vincent Price
Marilyn Monroe
Humphrey Bogart (even the POS Madacy--yuck!)
South Park (thank you R2!)
Alien
Nightmare OES
Omen
James Bond (WHEN is Casino Royale coming???)
Planet of the Apes + TV + Image Behind POTA disc
Emma Peel Avengers
Monty Python TV + Films
Universal Classic Monster Collections
And the piece de resistance, the Criterion Collection thus far (well, once 8 1/2 arrives)
Not quite-
Charlie Chaplin-there are some Keystones released only in Region 2 I haven't picked up yet, but otherwise complete.
Buster Keaton-I don't have the extra disc from the Art of Buster Keaton set but hope to remedy that when they release it separately (I hope!!)
I still haven't been able to bring myself to buy some of the el cheapo Laserlight early Hitchcocks in hopes that someone will do a proper version of them.
There are probably some others that I'm not even aware of. At one point I made it a goal to collect all of the silent films released on DVD, but I've still got *quite* a few to go before I hit that milestone, if I ever do. Jess Franco was tempting, but the deeper I dig into his catalog the less I like it, so that one is going by the wayside. Vampyros Lesbos and his Ilsa movie were lots of fun though.
So much to watch. :D Yes, I like movies.
