Muppets in widescreen (1 Viewer)

I just want to voice my opinion again that Muppet Treasure Island and A Muppet Christmas Carol should be re-released in widescreen anamorphic.

Universal has finally recified babe by releasing that film in its proper aspect ratio. Now how about doing the same for these two fine films so I (we) can add them to our catalogues?

I own all of the OAR Muppet feature films on disc, but sadly had to skip one of my favorite offerings from Henson and Company, A Muppet Christmas Carol, because it was issued "full screen" (MAR) only. If revisited in a 16x9 formatted widescreen edition, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
