Monty Python & the Holy Grail: Dentist on the Job on R1 ver? (1 Viewer)

I grabbed my R2 copy a couple of days ago in the sales and was amused by the credits to "Dentist on the Job" at the beginning- I'm presuming it's new.
But I also wondered if the R1 edition got this bit as it seemed kind of 'British'. I guess MP's like that anyway. Bizarre though.
Anyone know how they came to pick that? Or was it shown back when they first released the movie, because I've never seen it on any TV runs?

It's definitely on the R1 release, and the reason it's there is presumably because 'Dentist On The Job' was re-titled for its US release, where it was called - wait for it - 'GET ON WITH IT'
