Masking system (cheap) (1 Viewer)

I Have a 120 inch 4:3 Draper Luma (non tensioned) screen.

When I view my front projector in 4:3 it fills the screen. However, when I watch a 16:9 movie the grey bars at the bottom are annoying. Any suggestions on masking it. I really don't want to spend teh big bucks on a motorized system plus I don't think you can do that without a tensioned screen. Thanks.

I was wondering about making a masking sytem with a flat metal bar attached to clips on either side of screen, and suspended (or hanging) from the bar would be weighted black fabric. The clips on the wall would eb positioned permanently where the 16:9 image is. I would then simply hook the screen up above and below, and remove it to watch 4:3.
