Samsung S95B OLED TV, Sony STR DN1060 and a PS5. Not running 7.2 but 5.1. Looking more for optimal way to use input outputs to get the most from it

I'm not certain what you're asking for, other than connect the PS5 to an hdmi input on the receiver, and connect the TV to the main hdmi (A) output

It was more along the lines of should everything go to TV then to receiver via earc or receiver to TV with individual inputs. I did some fooling around Saturday night and it seems I get the best of everything when I go direct to TV and EARC to receiver. Everything seems to be 5.1 audio surround and man the picture of the 4K on the PS5 is amazing
