Being very loose with the confirmation but JDal says Yep so that's as good as we are gonna get.http://daringfireball.net/linked/2013/10/08/paczkowski-oct-22A7 for mini? Makes sense only if it gets the fingerprint sensor too. Skipping a CPU generation would've amazing tho. I might have to get one of each...

I was thinking about moving to an Android based tablet but if the Mini gets the A7, a retina display and the fingerprint sensor I think that would be my upgrade from my iPad 2.

Retina mini will make me consider ditching both 10" iPad and Kindle paperwhite.
