Here are a few more for you to consider:

Hammer House of Horror
Thriller with Boris Karloff ( this one's OOP and commanding rather high prices - FWIW, the MSRP was $150 and you can get it for ~$100 at times but watch out for bootlegs on this one)
Tremors the Series
She-Wolf of London
Thriller (the non-Karloff series from the BBC - mostly murder mysteries but some horror)
Ash vs. the Evil Dead (the link is to S1 - there are 2 seasons out with the 3rd airing or about to air)
Todd and the Book of Pure Evil (the link is to S1 - it has 2 seasons - was cancelled after the 2nd)

All links are to Amazon.

I'm not sure if these are all available. I know a release of Werewolf was announced then cancelled several years ago. I don't recall ever hearing that Freddy's Nightmares was released. Not sure about some of the others.

I just started watching the first season of Ash vs. Evil Dead. The first episode is crazy. Hope the rest are just as good.

No, not all of those were released on DVD, but practically all of them can be found on youtube and "other" sources.
