Heard any on new mirage subs? (1 Viewer)

The local dealer from wich I purchased my mirage frx7 towers told me that a new line of frx subwoofers is about to be shipped prob this week. I have a 15X20 room with a soso sony dts/dd reciever(strde835). I really cannot spend more than 300.oo coin. He said the new 8" will have more power and a better design than old. He will also be closing out his old 10". He told me to wait until he hears the new subs until he well direct me to new 8 or old 10". Just wondering if anyone here has heard anything. I have been very pleased with the dealers suggestions and my mirages.
PS I am not interested in sony sub and cannot go over 300.00(because I will upgrade receiver with in one year)

Dan, haven't heard much on the mirage.
Last I checked, onecall had the older JBL D112s in the $150 range refurbed I think.
If you got a pair of these and stacked them in the best corner of your room...I can't imagine a more powerful $300(ish)bass system
